Pilates equipment is used for private sessions to strengthen and tone all areas of your body, particularly the abdomen and core. Enjoy a variety of Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, EXO-Chair, Oov, Pilates ArcTM, Barre, Cadillac, and more to ensure a total body workout. Pilates increases flexibility, improves posture, tones and trims all your muscles, especially your tummy, arms, legs and buttocks. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each student. All exercises are taught safely and effectively for all ages, from young adults to seniors.
